DMCA Policy – CosyVeil

At CosyVeil, we respect and uphold the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and brands. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established this policy to address claims of copyright infringement that may occur in connection with our website or services.

By using our platform, you agree that your activities remain subject to this DMCA Copyright Policy as well as our Terms of Service.

1. Policy Overview

CosyVeil may, at its discretion:

  1. Remove or restrict access to content we reasonably believe violates another’s copyright.
  2. Suspend or terminate accounts of individuals, affiliates, or contributors who are identified as repeat infringers.

2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used without authorization on our site, please submit a written notice to our Designated Agent with the following details:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Information identifying the infringing material, including its location on our site, sufficient for us to locate it.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (if available).
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Once we receive a complete and valid notice:

  • We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will inform the content provider whose material has been removed.
  • We may take further action, including account termination, against repeat offenders.

4. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent, containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available).
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., in any jurisdiction where CosyVeil operates), and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

5. Restoring Content

If a valid Counter-Notice is received, we may forward it to the original complaining party. Unless they initiate a legal action to restrict the content, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material within 10–14 business days.
